Two private homes high on Bordeaux Mountain, a pool on the edge of a 360-degree view, and the kind of quiet that brings the same guests back year after year.
High on Bordeaux Mountain, on the unhurried side of St. John, Lunazul is two adjacent homes that share one extraordinary view: a full 360 degrees over Coral Bay, Hurricane Hole, and the British Virgin Islands strung along the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Solar-powered, built from tropical hardwood and native island stone, and kept by a long list of guests who book a year ahead. Rent either home on its own, or take both and sleep eight.

Lunazul Villa is the larger of the two homes: two bedroom suites, two and a half baths, and a private pool set on a deck that hangs out over the whole channel. Tropical hardwoods overhead, Italian tile underfoot, Brazilian granite in the kitchen. Every room opens to the trade winds and that view.
